Taehyun Kim worked as a patent attorney at Kim & Chang (the largest law firm in Korea) for 15 years. He has broad experience in handling Korean applications which are based on foreign applications or PCT applications, for example, preparing and filing Korean application, responses to office actions, and trial and litigation briefs, for foreign firms or companies. He also broad experience in freedom-to-operate search/analysis and prior art search/analysis. Now, he is a managing partner of INVENTGO IP & Law Group and is in charge of in-coming and out-going works.
He has received an LL.M. at University of Southern California Gould School of Law, a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University.
He is registered to practice before the Korean Intellectual Property Office and is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
